For YouTube,Photobucket,Yahoo!, any web-site I have an account with, I use the same password and it just so happens to be my student-ID number from my old school in another state.
What are the consequences of using my old ID number and using it for all of my online accounts?
If someone were to guess it they would have access to all your accounts. They would be able to lock you out of all them. If you bank online they would have access to all your money too. I would not recommend you using one password for all your accounts. This is very dangerous as someone could have control of your online life. There are free programs like roboform that you can use to remember your passwords although it will require you to have a password to access those passwords. The nice thing is you only have to remember one password instead of many.
Hope this helps
I'm looking to do Accounting or Human Resources.
You should be looking for a program that holds both regional accreditation and national or international accreditation. Regional accreditation guarantees that reputable institutions will recognize your degree. However, a premium national or international accreditation provides a guarantee to both your future institutions and your future employers regarding the quality of the education you've received compared with other programs.
For business programs, look for AACSB – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. It's the hallmark of excellence in management education, and to my knowledge the most widely recognized business accreditation. You can find a list of accredited institutions at their website.
One other bit of advice: if you're thinking of becoming a Certified Public Accountant, be sure you check on requirements before you select your school. CPA requirements may limit the number of online accounting credits you may use. This standard will probably change eventually, but for now better safe than sorry.

considering online school for accounting/finiance first time student please help
If they are from a reputable school and require you to do course work, yes. But I think first time students need some actual classroom time UNLESS they are geographically barred from attending a community college/college.
I am looking for the right school where I could learn online. The subjects that interest me are Business, Accounting and Computers. One area in computers that looks interesting is Certified Microsoft Office Technician. I have looked into online colleges to find that there are prerequisites such as math and english. I am also not interested in earning a degree but might also be interested in those courses leading up to one like the subjects that are of interest to me. I have also tried a google search without all that much luck. Has anyone ever come across any of these schools?
Minot State University – Bottineau offers a ton of online classes in the areas you specified. They are a traditional campus that also offers online classes. You do not have to obtain a degree to take these classes. This college is an accredited university as well.
Being located in North Dakota, the tuition is lower than most and online classes cost the same for everyone no matter where you live. Here is a link to the list of classes that are offered.
